Apple. As in the company.
I know it's "popular" to simply hate on Apple, but seriously the products are absolute wank... yet EVERYONE buys into the feckin' junk!
The Mac is just a [Poor language removed] PC that starts out worse, then is insanely difficult to upgrade. You're literally paying through the nose for a logo, because for the same money you can get a PC that is twice as good!
Then there's the iPhone. Jesus ******* christ... the world really is full of sheep. They buy a semi-decent phone (oh yes, there's better out there, honestly!), and become locked in to the Apple App Store, unable to branch away from anything and everything Apple. How utterly stupid can you be? People take 24 month contracts out on one of these bastards, and they're redundant in 3!
Then there's the hilarious iPad. Just... wow. You have an iPhone already, you have a laptop (probably the Macbook Air, yet another ******* example of something that works as well as a regular laptop at double the price) - so what do you, the sensible consumer do? You buy an iPad - a device that is an iPhone without being a phone, and a laptop without being a laptop, and half-arses everything those two existing products do. Clever. The ONLY reason people buy one of these pieces of crap is because it has an Apple on it!
Last but not least, the iPod. The sole "invention" (except it's not, it's an Mp3 player with an Apple on it) that is actually reasonable as the design of it is great and the price is reasonable.
Except Apple aren't content on just developing a decent product to compete with others. Oh no! You have to convert .mp3 tracks using a PC application called iTunes to work on your iPod! And iTunes has to remain on your PC in order to convert future songs to your iPod. And iTunes is a resource drain on your PC! Well done Apple!
Seriously, no time whatsoever for any moron who buys into the Apple "philosophy". If you need an Apple product, by all means buy it, but what I take exception to are the idiots who buy an Apple product, no matter what it is, solely because it's made by Apple! Get a ******* grip!
