my local shop only lets you use card if you spend £2 which gets on my nerves, they also charge 99p to use the atm. i only use it for munchies as its twice the price of everywhere else as well, it needs a rrp on it or its double.

i have to carry cash because quite often here in spain, shops dont have card machines.

I use cash to pay people so they don’t declare it and avoid paying tax which the government would then give to India so they can spend it on their space program.

Went away last weekend to Wales Porthmadog, me my son in law and father in law , we went for a outside beer with our other halfs ,at the end of the night the bill come me and father in law had cash son inlaw didn't, I know it could be simple to sort the bill out ,it was chaos trying to sort it so I paid the whole bill funniest thing 3 different generations trying to pay ffs its not so easy lol

It was the pub on the park we were staying, we tried the Australia but was closed and we didn't realise the red lion was open at the back nevermind go next time were up there.

Why do you go to a hairdressers and not the barbers? Is it for the magazines and the fancy coffees?

Because you’re in and out within 30 minutes. You still get the same cut if you go to the right place.

Why anyone sits in the barbers for up to two hours waiting for some bloke to say “yes boss” is beyond me. A lot of barbers have started doing appointments now though.

Aye. Also at the top of the escalators at busy stations (all of them basically) every morning there will be someone working for a charity with a sign and a card machine.

I mean the tube is depressing and enough as it is without being reminded that you’re an uncaring Scrooge every morning.
