seriously though, a push mower is eco friendly.
a sheep even more so, and that little spring lamb will be nicely fattened by the end of summer if you lend it around (maybe some kind of belt to stop abuse though), you can have a top bbq and you got yourself a cable knit sweater for winter.

Just cover your lawn in alcohol the night before. You can then start a bit later next day because the grass will be half-cut
