If so,I think its safe to say, when RT wants to cut his grass, that's fine by everyone else!

Only creatures of the night would have a problem of an early morning mow of a lawn, I reckon 9 is defo allowed

Only asking cos there was a row the other year where the natives were all in the road brandishing various garden implements at each other..wasn't till after the dust had settled , I found out it had all started because one of them had decided to mow his lawn and woke the other up.

8 am is all good for me none of my neighbours would bat a eye at that saying that i couldn't be arsed getting up on a fine saturday morning to do it

Sorry RT, I think the politically correct term is 'mowing the lawn', not 'cutting the grass'....

depends on race , religion ,gender and disabilties of your neighbours.....if for instance you have a gay muslim in a wheelchair saying her morning prayers you could be in trouble with the noise and grass clipping covering her burka, other than that id say about 10 oclock is about right

buy a goat they do the work and are quite, that what you really should do if you want to be politically correct and green and you get the added extra of free manure and a decent curry when it malfuctions unlike a mower
