I’ve been saying the fan groups should get together now and also sue masters and his cronies for what they have put us all through. Invested time and money following the club home and away and constantly being shafted. This is against what’s right.
All we as Evertonians have ever asked for is fairness on and off the pitch. We’ve never had it.
We have constantly protested against this inept and shyster board for years. It’s us the fans that have suffered.

The Premier League? They don’t care about Russian money.

The government? They’d only intervene for a PR win - and since they’ve not mentioned it there’s no PR to be won.

Usamov was the second most famous Russian to get sanctioned behind Abramovic, he's just lost his appeal in EU courts over sanctions, of course the PL don't care really but they will not want any Russian Oligarchs near PL clubs until the war is over at least.

Hopefully 777 have no links to any so called dodgy Russian 'financial facilitators', or maybe people are hoping thats the case so they get turned away? You'd like to think they would if the rumours are true but who knows.

My point is that the league do what the law tells them.

They don’t need to have any moral perspective on Russian money - indeed they never have.

They just need to comply with the law. Which means no sanctioned ownership of PL clubs.

It’s simple. It doesn’t require clandestine point deductions or anything mad like that.

According to Sky Sports News ITK Kaveh Sillyman the PL are desperate to resolve all these charges and any appeals before the season ends, even though the PL rules suggest they could drag on after season end. I imagine there might be some behind the scenes horse trading between the PL, the IC and the clubs so the PL table at the end of play on the 19th May is final and everyone knows where they stand

If they had adopted the EFL rules Forest would have been deducted 13-14 points. They've taken 4 off of them.

This was the structure referenced in our IC report, which despite what they say, clearly was implemented to get them to the ridiculous 10 point deduction we initially received.

Don't see the point of that.

Either our hearing is independent or it isn't and we should be able to call out the obvious discrepancy between our first result and Forest's. It shouldn't have any impact on our 2nd hearing if it truly is supposed to be independent from the Premier League.

It's blatantly obvious the penalties are inconsistent and that they tried to make an example out of everton. Why should we comply with an unfair and farcical process?

How do we know that? They clearly aren't following any established precedents.

Apparently they're all independent panels of separate people. If what was decided in one panel affected the decisions of another or established a precedent then how do Forest get away with 4 points vs our 10 for half the excess expenditure?
