6 + 2 Point Deductions

So based on the commission's findings in the Forest case then surely, SURELY that means a minimal points deduction for our second breach is forthcoming then? anything more than 2 points would be just plain corruption at this point..

Why, there’s no guidelines

They can choose what they want on their feelings for that day

BTW I’m 100% confident it’ll be 4 for us

Yep. It's all in the phrasing. We did comply, but we gave them a 400 page document citing our defence which took so long to examine the season had finished and we'd stayed up. They can't say we did that deliberately, especially given what's happening with Man City, so they've said we misled, which we've been proven not to have done. They're making an unholy mess of this.
Is that true?

The current situation is also plain corruption - why do we have 6 if 4 is the norm? lol

That’s actually a really good statement. Notably doesn’t say there will be an appeal though.

I wonder if it’s been made clear that the two points for co-operation are contingent on not appealing and are at risk if they do.

Regardless of Everton and Forest’s various rights and wrong it’s the PL and their “independent” commissions that come out of this horrendously.

Even though we broke PSR...we did sell a player later in the window.

Meanwhile we sell Richarlison asap.

But Forest get less pts.

Its so hard to digest.
