The Premier League should have taken ownership of their punishment process and set them out ahead of this second round of deductions. They opened the door to this. There's nothing stopping us getting more than last time due to second offence, or us getting nothing which would rightly lead to outrage in either situation. Its such a huge mess

If some are saying they only getting 4 points because they only been in the league for 1 season. Then shouldn’t every promoted team spend 200-300 million first season the come up? As the next season you will only get 4 points, yet you guarantee prem status regardless of the clubs finances which is the total opposite of what PSR is there for.

Utterly mad this, and totally against the “benchmark” used in our case which was the EFL sanctions policy. And particularly bad given that Forrest were an EFL club for part of it.

However it could help us in the next charge. Because this basically says the policy we’ve been charged with is a waste of time and doesn’t have to be applied, and that it doesn’t have to be a minimum of 6 for a breach.


Everton need to get lined up seriously legally on this.
