This doesn’t quite make sense. Is he saying we’ll get 5 points back but then 3 suspended for this year. And forest will get 6 for this year?

The Forest case won’t be heard until our appeal has been done (for obvious reasons). So , whilst we don’t know whether this is correct for us, we know that this is nonsense for Forest. Which leads me to think it likely is for us too (although may be correct by chance).
