Poignant moments in TV/Comedy series

Watching the OFAH last night when Grandad passes away. The moment that always gets me is when Rodney asks Del how he can get over it so quickly and Del explains that he isn't sure how to grieve as he has always had to be strong for everyone else.

Then there was the time when they were all in the bunker and Grandad says the immortal line 'They promised us homes fit for heroes....they gave us heroes fit for homes'

Them kind of moments seem to hit home harder in comedy series. Anymore?

Scenes with Coach in cheers had a habit of being hilarious and sad at same time. remember one when he's with his daughter and realises she looks like her mother for first time
