Pocchettino - Most overrated man in history

Player Valuation: £35m
If i could have one wish it would be for people to stop banging about this man as if he is some sort of genius.

Southampton had a poor start to last season but what nobody mentions is that Shaw, Lallana, Boruc, Rodriguez, Ramirez, Hooiveld and more missed large chunks of that start.

Adkins had begun to turn it round before pocchettino's arrival. Since then Southampton have spent about £35m and have 8 more points than the likes of Stoke.

Stick a vowel on the end of your name and people think you're a genius.

He has totally changed the way Saints play so I think the plaudits are for that. He has signed a few duff players (Osvaldo the main one). I have nothign against him and don't think he is particulalrly over rated

I think he's done well.

They play decent football and should have beat us at Goodison.

He'll never be Martinez though.

So glad somebody else has said this. They've spent a fortune and are blessed with a lot of very talented academy players. Should be challenging at least for Europa League, and although they are close, have never really looked like holding a position there.

Good side though, just a bit 'all fart no poo' to be honest.

How about award for biggest kneejerk assessment of a manager who hasn't even been on the job for 3 months...Get a grip already

He's done alright like, he's no Martinez but then again, few are.

I like watching Southampton play and that's largely down to him.

He's gone flat after that buddy of his left from the board.

Good manager, lacks class, though...bit of a tit, if i may.

Done a good job from what I can see, took them on from where atkins had them, had control of the game against both city and liverpool, but still need improving in certain areas
