Amazing isn't it ?! We show appreciation for players who gave 100%, yet for £10k a week plus, it is the very least we should expect.
As better technical players have joined the league (mainly foreign buys) the effort and pace seems to have dropped, like a big game of chess now, formations, keepers who can play from the back but are inferior to their predecessors and such.

Maybe its just a part of football now, so in this case I would Say Carsely, Gravesen, Cahill and Naismith. Plus everybody's guilty pleasure - the Straq.
