players we can afford to lose.

We can afford to lose imo yobo, distin, Osman, Yak, Bily, Jo, Anichebe (although i'd like to keep him)

How can anyone say Joseph Yobo would make a good squad player?
He is easily our best defender for 90% of his game, and though yes, he has been a little up and down lately, I'm sure that's just a head thing, and can be rectified.

Either play him, or sell him, but no way is he a player that deserves a place on the bench as back up.

Regarding Hibbert, he might not be the best going forward, but he is our best right back when it comes to defending, and it was only a few years ago that he was being touted as the best right back in the league by Actim.

He is also only 28 years old.

Gary Neville was once touted as the best right back in the world, yet he couldn't cross a ball either.

The answer to these players is rotation, untill they are eventually replaced on a permanent basis.

Both would fetch a pretty penny too, as good defenders are not easily obtained in the Prem.

Evertonians would be wise to remember this. However they won't. Typical supporters.

Well until said injury problems have subsided then we can't afford to lose anyone.

Spot on.

sell yobo for 6mill and get senderos for free means we have similar players but 6mill in the bank

Ain't no way Senderos is a patch on Yobo. Not even close.

hibbert 3mill good servant but we have lots of rb and better ones
yobo 6mill could be replaced for cheaper i.e senderos on a free
anichebe 3mill only championship standard
ruddy and lucas 1mill the pair. wont make the grade

this could give us 13 mill to invest in a proven striker.

i would like chamakh from bordeaux and bentley on loan this would leave us with money in the bank as well.(y)

chamakh will be free in the summer cos he is out of contract

He could teach Aaron Lennon a thing or two about crossing imo.
