Player Valuation: £35m
I think the board are getting restless with the anger towards Allardyce and are worried Incase Goodison gets very toxic over the next few weeks.

A few players have come out to express how good allardyce is and how. Much they have improved under him, Kenny was saying the other week how much he has come on, I think he has gone worse.
Baines is saying that he is looking forward to work under him.
Walcott on how much he has improved under him, he has only played twice FFS.

Do you think they have been told to come out and say these things?

I am very worried that he maybe here next season, this board have history in trying to brainwash the fans.

Or do people think I am over thinking this and the fat man will be gone in the summer

I think you're probably reading something into this that isn't there. If they find a manager they want and can get him, then Sam will get a golden handshake. If not he'll be staying for the duration.

Operation big Sam evacuation

Let the campaign begin.

They are worried in case the fans take FSA at his word. He is the one who said the season was over, with 12 games to go. Why would anyone really bother to make an effort to attend a match the manager thinks unimportant?

You may be something there mate, following a similar pattern to the end of Koeman.

Starts with chosen journos getting stuck in, followed by chosen players coming out in support.

It`s all starting to feel like the beginning of the end to me ( hopefully )

When players start coming out 'in support' of the manager it's normally a sign he is almost out the door and they are just making sure that they don't get tagged as a player who 'agitated' against them, same thing happened with the last 2 managers of ours shortly before they got binned off

Well they're not gonna come out and say sams a fat gravy hog that plays crap football are they

Walcott on how much he has improved under him

29 in a months time, all those years under Wenger, and after 2 games he's saying how much he's improved under Allardyce.

If there is no inclination to get rid of him at the end of this season alarm bells will ring when he asks for an extension on his current contract. Can't see him going into the last 12 months without looking to extend, otherwise what is the point in him running down his final twelve months.

The pressure would be on the board to find a replacement within the last twelve months and if his contract isn't extended then he will be even less motivated than he is now.

Different scenario to players running their contracts down.
