John Stones by an absolute country mile

Only maybe Lukaku has grounds to make any sort of a challenge (Due to breaking the European scoring record)

For me, it's absolutely cut and dry

Don't know why Rom is anywhere near this. Yes a decent goal return (although some may argue 10 prem goals for 30 mill pounds is not so good) but considering what he is capable of he's massively under performed. Couldn't get fit for half a season, turned it on for a few weeks then hasn't looked bothered since. How does that get you player of the year?

Jagielka had initial problems but has since been absolutely solid, kept himself fit and even when playing poorly at least gave 100% effort. Can't think of any other player this season who I can say that about. Jags and Stones' level of performance is miles ahead relatively speaking than every other position in the team. They're high quality centre backs two of the best in the league. Can't say that about the performances of any of the other players this season.
