Plant advice

OK, it's my Mum's birthday tomorrow and I've just bought her a nice plant/flower thing. It's in a plastic pot and the woman in the shop wrapped it up in paper.

Do I need to water it before tomorrow? I'd rather not cos it'd make the paper soggy, but obviously if it'd die without water then needs must. Also would it be alright if I hid it in the cupboard overnight?

Put them in your basement as the bizzy helicopter can see the heat lamps if you put them in your loft.

I think you'll be ok mate. Flower / Plants don't normally die that quick...plus, good shout, i'm sure your ma will love it.

You could always ask the lady who sold it to ya.....

haha, alas no! Unfortunately they're just regular flower type things. I would tell you what sort but I don't know. They're purple, that's all I got...

Is the bottom of the plant pot wrapped in paper, or just the top half?

Cool. Going to Hisaronu. Never been to Turkey before so should be good. Only problem is I'm going next week so will miss the quarter finals of the World Cup. Bad planning on my part.

mate of mrs bog has a hotel there, as well as a bar/club and restaurant. she's from sheffield but married a local


spaghetti junction i think is the restaurant. there is 1 called the chilli doctor next door that is fantastic.
