After sparing my palate from these chains for quite some time, I came back and tried a Dominoes pizza pie. Boy was that a bad decision. Crap food tasted better when I was 12.

Never been to Pizza Express but judging from the vast majority on here doesn’t sound like I’m missing out.

I've had pizzas from a proper pizza oven and they are on a different level. Every single commercial pizza I've ever had though hasn't been as good as what I can do myself at home, even though I don't have one. Not bragging like, but I dont skimp on the herbs and anchovies.

When I was a bricklayer I built a pizza oven for a wealthy client. When it was finished he put some supermarket pizzas in there and they cooked in about 2 minutes and were better than out of a conventional oven.

Can't say I've ever considered eating pizza when not at home. Most undignified.
