Pistorius outcome to be appealed

The SA state prosecution has at last stated it is going to appeal both the verdict and the sentence term in the Pretorius murder case. I should think so. The Judge was incompetent and from day one her interventions were pointing towards leniency.

What an odd legal system to have a single individual deciding things anyway.

According to her parents, Reeva wouldn't let him get his leg over although they slept in the same bed.

No wonder he was firing off. Must have been as frustrated as hell.

But I agree, Sentence was far too lenient even if it was manslaughter or, as they call it, culpable homicide. What would have been the sentence if it WAS a black intruder from the ghetto? 1m Rand reward probably.
