David Moyes has confirmed Everton have accepted an offer for Steven Pienaar.
He said two bids had been received for the South African but one was knocked back.
Pienaar is out of contract in the summer and has turned down the offer of a new deal at Goodison Park.
Moyes said: “We have had two offers – one of which has been accepted – and we have given permission for his representatives to speak to the club involved.”
Asked if Pienaar would be involved in Sunday’s Merseyside derby, Moyes added: “At the moment I would think so."

:(

Not normally bothered when players leave. But im really gutted he's on his way.

Always knew this day would come, but there was alway hope.....

You can't really blame Kenwrong for this one.....

But.....

I FUCKING HATE HIM AND THE BOARD AT EVERTON. DISGRACE.........TOTAL AN UTTER DISGRACE...

He's put the shifts in even though he's been leaving for a while, we haven't lost out a huge amount on him so good luck to him.

I honestly feel he will struggle to hold a regular place as most teams above us, but I wish him the nest as he's been a decent servant.

Let's not drag ourselves down to the level of other blerts who think every player MUST be loyal to us no matter what. Sure, he may be chasing the cash, but most of us would do the same if it wasn't our boyhood club.

If we get £3m i will be more than happy with the outcome given the other options.

Good luck Stevie P and thanks for some good memories.

Two days away from facing those fcukers it's an even bigger disgrace.

Criminal timing. They couldn't give a ****e though as long as the money's rolling in to pay off the interest on the debts they run up.

If they think getting shut of the Yak and Pienaar is made good with signing that pisshead Charlie ****ing Adam they can **** off.

You know, I'm getting so sick of players in professional sports being "tired of speculation" and trying to make fans feel bad for them as if they're being wronged in some way. We know, as well as the players know, that they're going to be signed somewhere and be making as much, or more money in the immediate future. There are 30,000 people where I'm from that work at Kennedy Space Center that aren't sure if they're going to have jobs in the coming months. I'm sure they're "tired of speculation", too. Sorry, just a rant...been watching Sports Center all morning.

I should be livid really. We've just lost Yak and Pienaar.

But you know what. I don't really care. Things like this have happened before and will happen again, but somehow, we will survive. We are Everton.

*dials Elstones number for the 62nd time today.
