I'm led to believe that from various interview's since his succession to the Board that Brands has implemented or
in the process of a philosophy of how we play from juniors to the first team.

So far I haven't seen any resemblance of a philosophy.

*Thoughts ; that's it I'm afraid.

A philosophy that permeates through out the club is a good thing. It will take a while, I would prefer 5-1-3-1 but as we don't have a centre forward worthy of the name we can't play that way. Once we rid ourselves of a few more people who are clogging up the wage bill hopefully this is the road we will take.
However none of it matters unless we have players who are willing to put the effort in.
