Asked if people are talking about us, he said he hoped not.

We are always last on Match Of the Day, and they only ever write a tiny column in the newspapers...
 

so we concentrate on our work, don't believe our own hype and have the impetus of a surprise package in the league.
 

i never know what everton are in people opinions, are we up there with tottenham and newcastle, or a club like west ham or bolton?

Obviously i like to think its the tottenham option, with our history, teh last team to break into the top 4, a regular euroope place etc...but them liverpool [Poor language removed] aswell as complimenting everton also undermimed them abit too..

I saw that interview on MOTD, my first thought was that the lads just have to be lurkers on G.O.T !
It was picked up on by Hansen and Lawro who had a little dig at Linnekar, saying that he was responsible for the running order of the games, he replied that he wasn't and that we were on third tonight, the banter still made him look a bit uncomfortable i thought.
I'm with Neville on this one, let these pundits, tv or papers, carry on ignoring us, the more succesful we are the more stupid they look.

That's right and when we prove them wrong again, they would be the stupid one!

One things the problem with RS is once they got there first lost, they lose another one pretty soon, and Man U should do the job for us!

When Gary ask him about us finishing in the top 4 or was it above the RS, he couldn't comment on the possibilities, he doesn't want us to do it but he damn well know we are capable of doing it again!
 
To prove how much the media know, they actually think the [Poor language removed] are a good team, what does that tell you about their knowledge of football.
 
Latch I will never forget the look on Linnekars face when we beat his beloved Spurs this season, not one person on earth would have believed he had his one and only great season with us....................simply put he is a turd bucket category one (the wing nut ears are always a give away) :angry: :angry: :angry:
 
TBH, long may it continue, let us just keep plodding away nice and quietly with out the hullabaloo. Leave the big publicity to those who need this oxygen to sustain their dreams.
