What Pets do you have?

I'm thinking of getting some fish and one of these tanks. Anyone keep any tropical fish?

I have 2 cats, Pizza and Mew. They are well cool apart from sometimes Pizza throws up in the house.

I Have a Dog and A Goldfish , I got the Fish from Halewood. Is that Tropical enough ?

I was at a house party last night and thought the fish looked hungry because they kept rising to the surface. Put too many flakes in and I think I've murdered them all.

Got a cat. He's sound. I also had two fish when I was younger and one of them literally died right before my eyes.

This thread makes me sad and guilty.

I keep tropical fish. I never seem able to keep them alive any longer than a few years though.

I got a 7 year old Weimaraner called nelson, poor boy was having prostate problems so 3 weeks ago was told that he needed to loose his plumbs! Well 3 weeks later he seems none the worse for wear after the op, but trying to keep him in the house for 3 weeks while he recovered was a hell of a job!!

Hmm, I thought it might be. Had a sudden urge to get some earlier, maybe I'll rethink my plans.

1 Jack Russell
1 Rotweiller
1 Sausage Dog
2 Toy French Poodles
3 Maltese Poodles

And then there's the African Grey Parrot

Mate I keep tropicals, IMO not hard work at all. A tank that size will be quite easy. How many litres is it? Looks about 50 litres. Cardinal tetras erc will look really nice. Secret is when you first set, up, don't be tempted to stick loads of fish in all at once as that will mean dead fish, slow and steady and you will be fine. Monthly water changes say 20% and I will be fine. Any info pm me and I'll do my best to answer.

We have a big ass tropical tank with not many fish in as they keep dying. We do have a random shrimp in their and a cat fish that is so big right now its basically a shark. Few more random fish, 1 which is 3 years old ffs.
