Since there isn’t a thread about this game I am going to start one instead of posting information about the game on the FIFA thread.
Demo was already out for a while. The game is officially out for sale on 28th August but it looks like some people with links have already got a copy.
For all Evertonians, here is the Everton roster.
Our team overall grade went down from 4 1/2 stars (PES 2018) to 4 stars (PES 2019 pre the roster update). But this is the initial squad without our new signings in the summer. So you’ll see Rooney and Klaassen etc are still in the squad. The PES team should release an update roster once the game is out officially.
We learn that the overall rating (“OVR “) of our new signings are as follows:- Gomes (80), Digne (79), Mina (80) from the demo while it’s not yet known the OVR of Zouma, Bernard and Richarlison.
Major changes to the OVR of the Everton squad in comparison to PES 2018 are as follows:-
Pickford (+4 to 84), Keane (-1 to 79), Jagielka (-2 to 78), Bolasie (-3 to 78), Sigurdsson (+1 to 83), Tosun (+4 to 81), McCarthy (-2 to 77), Gana (-2 to 80), Schneiderlin (-3 to 79), Prince (-1 to 76), Stekelenburg (-4 to 72), Davies (+1 to 77), Calvert-Lewin (+3 to 77), Kenny (+5 to 74), Baningime (+3 to 72).
With regard to wrong statistics being implied on the game, the PES team is doing a crap job here in particular the height of certain players. They’ve taken some incorrect statistics from the official Premier League website but if they watch Everton they’ll realise they have got it wrong there. Notably, Bolasie is 185cm not 188cm, Schneiderlin is 185cm not 181cm, DCL is 187cm not 176cm (wtf PES) and Beni is not 30 years old unless PES knows something we don’t know.
