Pep hints at Barca exit

A hint?

"I think my time is ending here in Barcelona.

"I'm fine here, but when you're at a club like this you cannot stay for too long.

"Next year will be the fourth consecutive season as coach of Barcelona.

"Such a club must have a lot of courage to take a coach for so long, because the players get tired of coaches and vice-versa."

That's about as blatant as you can get, in the world of football!

It will be interesting to see what he can get out of squads that are... hmm... less insanely good. Mourinho won the champions league with Porto, and Fergie's leading the premier league with possibly the worst team in his 20 odd years in charge. Will Pep be able to achieve success at the highest level with other teams?

I think his next job will prove if he is a top class manger or he got lucky and landed the most talented squad in history

Well there's no doubt he's a top class manager, in that he's managed to manage the very top, to the very top. Tongue twister, haha.

But yet, he's got to pass a few more, different tests, to be able to be held in the same regard as the managerial greats. He will be, in terms of his trophy haul, of course. But you know what I mean.

Like Jol

Can't imagine why he'd want to leave to be honest. The setup is tailor made for him. I can't see the club wanting him to go. Dare say this is Teamtalk nonsense.

Hes quoted as saying his time is ending though so looks like it has legs

Whilst that is true, dont forget that much the same squad as he inherited (but without Alves) finished 19 points behind Real Madrid (and third behind Villareal) the season before he took over.
