I always love a good penalty shoot-out, often said as being a poor way to decide a game, but everyone loves them unless your team is involved. I'm sure the following idea has been mentioned before but I was wondering how other people would feel about it. After each Prem match, a penalty shoot-out competition took place, separate to the league but still had some kind of reward. This would simulate the atmosphere, and therefore, players would have the chance to practice in a 'real' situation as opposed to on the training ground.
