Didn't like them but they grew on me. Jeremy.
Ten was about as perfect of a record ever IMO.
That said VS and Vitology intentionally were less produced...rawer records. Loved both of them too.
Nevermind and Ten were both overly perfect sounding for both band's liking.

The newer albums kind of suck and the best new songs they play are covers but that run from Vs to No Code like damn there are so many good songs there.
PJ is also a great live band. They don't gouge their fans with high ticket prices and if you are in their fan club they give the chance to buy 2 tickets for the concert of your choice close up.

Boring FM rock. Never got them. Production too clean. And I was a fan of the whole grunge thing when I was about 14 as well.

I liked them for a while , after Yield ( which I liked) I never bothered again!
That MTV Unplugged performance was incredible.

Then they released a lot of trash ones but i think lightning bolt is back up there with the first two which i'm happy to see
