some of the posts have said use advast, try those utube things bluetak some of them are good, sorry in work so cant get on to see if any offer any help.microsoft downloads has something on about that message ,it downloads a file to your service pack to get shut of the message , just google the message should come up with something, if not try afterdawn forum or digital kaos they both normally have something that can help.

Exactly. Or to get it in the bloodstream quicker, chop up into massive lines and snort it right up there.
