how on earth is he banned? I always thought bans only occur to the respective competition/country. I.e. you can be suspended in the FA Cup from a league game etc.

But if he's banned in copa Italia, how does that make him banned in the prem? First i've heard of that rule.

Any ban accumulated in an UEFA authorised competition (hence Seria A) is applicable by FA rules if the player subsequently moves.

His ban did include a Coppa Italia game however the ban by the Italian FA was for two yellow cards in subsequent games.

If he'd still been in Italy and his first game was a league match then he'd have served the ban, so it's the same here.

It's all up to Pogba now to fulfill his expectations. €105M is a hell of a lot of cash. Juventus definitely did great business and now that they stocked up on money, we'll see who they could sign in the nearby future.

They have already spent it mate. Higuian pjanic and possibly witsel or matuidi are going there.
