Where are all the black managers lads, its a joke really. Just look at the great jobs done by Tigana, Connors and Ince, it's obviously racist there's not more.

Oh no wait, the colour of your skin has absolutely no impact on your ability to manage.

I'd guess that we have about 15% black players and about 3% black managers. So there is a discrepancy which is worth talking about.
