Nowadays Paul is living a much more relaxed life where his current job is Director of Football at Complete Football Academy in Gosforth, Newcastle. The academy is geared mainly for grassroots football used from 6 year olds all the way through to veterans playing football. He has been running this academy for three years and it has state of the art facilities including; six 5-a-side football pitches, one full international grade football pitch, ten dressing rooms, a gymnasium, players lounge, physio room and function rooms.

He's a director of Complete football. They were supposed to open a site on Walton Park but it fell through. Interviewed me for the job there. Didn't speak once.
