Parking Tickets

Hiya lids.

Just a heads up with regards parking tickets from private firms, not council operated ones like pay and display, but full on Nazi private parking companies who normally ninja ticket you when you least expect it.

Basically dont pay them, they are conmen who are basically just trying it on to be utter bells.

I recently got a parking ticket and my first reaction was to pay it, after taking legal advice from my lawyer @chicoazul, I was told to ignore it, which turned out to be shocking advice, so I turned to google, were I found this lovely little gem.

Basically I followed all their advice, waited for the letter, copied their Appeal letter and got a letter the other day saying they were gonna cancel the ticket.

So just letting you lids know, DO NOT PAY THEM, read the info and fight the power!!

There really should be some power that the Police have to patrol hotspots for this kind of behaviour and lock the workers up - and then the council to close the companies down.

Pipe down, this isnt me telling people my news, its a heads up, most people will just pay the fine and be done with it, thats what THEY want, but cos im a minge I tried all I could to not pay it, if this thread saves somebody some money in the future thats its job done.

Drive over from Germany with german reg car to watch the derby and had a kip on the m6 moto service center for 6 hours, nackerd I was.
Just got a letter of CP+ asking me for 132€ for the duration of my sleep. If I pay within 7 days it will cost me only 79€.
The letter is in german as well, thinking of paying it......

If this sign at the start of the parking lot that says "first 2 hours free" is not in german then I've got a case, who's gonna drive down too Hilton Park North Moto and av a look at it
