I haven't driven up to Goodison for a fair while, I have been using the train and the bus for ages (long story) The last time I drove and hundreds of visits before I always parked in a small car park at the bottom of city Road and have just discovered there are loads of new houses on the car park!!
I don't want to park in Stanley park and certainly not bothered about leaving it on the side of a road, Any car parks recommended that don't take ages to get out of and are pretty close to the ground, Any recommendations???

I park about 20minutes away from the ground, I realise this isnt helpful at all, but, ya know.

I know that the Club by the Aldi charges £7 to park, if thats any use to you.

There is parking in the club op. Aldi behind Mc D's off County road but you need to get there early and the rate is about £7. Gates open about 12 I think

When I take the car I use the scrap yard/garage at the bottom of Bullens Road. About 50 yards from the Park End.

It costs a tenner and you've just got to trust them as they wedge cars in with only inches to spare.

Also you've got to know when you're going to leave. If you tell the lads you're going to stay for an hour after full time and instead rock up as the whistle goes - you'll be laughed at as your car will be about 10 deep.

It usually fills up by about 20/30 mins before kick off. And they'll even give you a receipt if you can claim it for tax/expenses.

£10 for parking, Jesus Christ.

I know a few lids laughed at where I park, cos its a decent hike to the ground, but I pay the lids a quid, to be fair ive only lost 3 CD players in all the time ive parked there, not a bad return suppose.

There's a few free parking bits, i have a specific place nearby but i ain't posting it on here as i'll never get a space there again....

I suppose you gotta get there early doors like.

Hate getting to the ground early, it wasnt that bad when I didnt have the boy, could just waste some money in the bookies.
