Haha, I don't mean the authorities. I mean us, people, the public. Everyone says they thrive on fear and hate. I think even defiance will rile them up to perform more attrocities. Visiting Paris next month... Anyone recommend a good (not too expensive) hotel near the city centre?, or would I be better off staying outside abit?

All paris hotels are expensive and you don't get much for £100. I stayed at home latin close to notre dame a few years back. Good location.

BA do quite good deals on flight ^ hotel combos. Stayed there xmas before last I think it was for about £350-400 pp for flights and 4 nights in a 4* hotel quite central, near the Seine and Notre Dame. Think it was a Great Western. De Duc or something maybe. But irrelevant really if you already have flights.
