What's the worst pain known to man?

I'm torn between toothache and being punched in the baws.

Given i've had a toothache and getting hit in the nuts before, i'd say toothache because the pain is extricating and very nagging. It hurt getting punched in the nuts, but it goes away.

Without doubt toothache, and Il always keep avoiding the dentist until the pain reaches its peak, and it's always stupid o clock and I'm left in agony waiting up all night til he's open.

Also, notable mentions to ear infections and watching Everton this past while, both providing excruciating levels of pain.

I'm torn between a cracked rib and a bruised kidney.
Toothache was nothing compared to those two.

I reckon the bruised kidney wins the day though. When you wake up in the middle of the night with your side red hot, there's a certain amount of panic involved which makes things seem worse than they really are.

I had two wisdom teeth taken out. Had an infection in the jaw. Couldn't open my mouth or chew until the antibiotics began to work.
