Why not sure why they didn't just arrest them then? Instead of whipping them and throwing them to the ground..

Ironically nobody outside Russia and very few in it would have ever heard of them if they weren't arrested and jailed previously and beaten on camera. they exist for a good cause I think but the way they go about it is all wrong,they act like proper knobs. Stuff like this is great for their cause though but they won't change anything.
