Cheers.

It’s not an ice issue mate.
Most cars I've had work on 6mm.
Cut along the pipe with a sharp knife to remove it from a nozzle, being careful not to apply too much force snd snap the end of the nozzle. To fit the replacement pipe, dip the end into a mug if hot water (or tea) for a minute and it'll just slip into place.

Long shot.

The wife has one of these. Perfect. Nice car, small exterior but big interior. I like it, I borrow it whenever I can.

The only issue we’ve ever had with it, is that the screen wash doesn’t function. The pump makes a noise, but no water appears. I’ve filled it with water before anyone asks.

Good folk of EFC Mumsnet (GOT), I ask for help.

I’ve tried;

  • Sawdust
  • Going to The Lisbon
  • Having a jolly good bum
  • Asked how much for the pair
  • First
  • Crap preview
Any ideas?
Have you switched it off and back on again ?

1) Take the hose off the pump end. Take the hose off the squirter thingy and blow through it to clear any blockage
2) Get a sowing needle, grip the needle with pliers (then you won't stick it in you finger...which you will, I did) and poke 'k out the squirter
3) re connect the hose to the pump - run it to prove the pump actually works.
4) fork out extortionate sum for parts and labour
