I just want someone with a bit of passion , desire someone who lives out motto and of them three only AVB comes anywhere close, but I don’t know if he is the answer.

I am as clueless as the club as who to turn to.

Excellent. Would be a change from what we have had over last 10 years. Big sam was the man and well f'd up not appointing him.

Because AVB has been really successful thus far in the PL, oh hang on He's not Andrew Bowes Hes Andre Villas Boas

Based on the three options I would take Allardyce.

O'Neill doesn't strike me as anyone with great enthusiasm for a PL job any longer and AVB is a mismatch for the huge mental fragility and attitude problems that beset the squad.

Nor am I am a fan of Allardyce but his attributes in a situation like we face are well established. His many character and philosophy faults have been discussed to death. I could believe we would approach him again, but it would be hard for him to succeed here now I think.

The debate is tiring now though, past time the club pulled their finger out and gave us a manager.

If we were not in such a shambles, AVB. However, I've voted for Big Sam. He's most likely to turn us round.

AVB has failed at both Spurs and Chelsea both clubs had better players than we do. Also he had Kean and never played him. Got to ask questions about that.

I went with Martin O'Neill, but don't want any. I really hope we swerve AVB. His time at Chelsea and Spurs was not great and in both instances he seemed to lose the players and a big criticism was that his tactics were overly complex and hard to follow. Given that we have a team that seems to barely remember how to play football, I don't think he is what we need at all.

I think in any other circumstances it would be avb hands down. But what's his track record for dealing with teams in freefall to the championship? My head is saying Sam. Not that my heart is saying avb. It's terrible.
