I think the key for me is the backup players. I suspect with the heavy Christmas fixture list we'll need to rotate players to keep them fresh. Can the reserve players come in and do a good enough job to enable us to continue picking up points?

As you say, on paper, all of those games are winnable. We'll need the likes of Naismith, Jelavic, Osman et al to do a job over that period though you suspect.

No. We will drop points, being realistic if offered 16 now i'd rip your arm off. Hope I am wrong though.

Just think over christmas we may struggle with numbers.

Starting with the home games, dropping points from any of them would be poor. We should be looking for minimum five points from the away games. I think with the occasional slip up throughout the season we might pick up 13-15 points from those, fingers crossed, worse case scenario.

I think its unrealistic. On paper, yes, but it just never works like that.

7 games is a lot of opportunities to slip up.

I could see us winning 5 of the 7.

West Brom, Norwich and Cardiff were all with a weaker team than we have now.
