Our Most Vital Player...

I would say Arteta. When he's not in the starting 11 getting a shot on goal, let alone scoring is difficult.

We only play the [Poor language removed] a couple times a year so it can't be Hypia, however if he stays in form he could win the golden boot and EPL player of the year.

Most vital player is Tony Hibbert, because when he is not playing everyone knows that were going to have some quality in the right back slot and everyone can stop clenching and enjoy the game. ;)

Cahill is a player who can save us a point or three points, he gives the fans hope, and motivates the team. He carves out chances for otheres and himself - he is our most vital player.

EG: He got us into the quarter finals!!

I vote for a healthy AJ.

I agree Arteta is our best player and Timmy with the most infectious enthusiasm, but we play a fundamentally different game when we have the speed of a fully fit AJ up front.

Lescott is oustanding, Arteta is sublime, T-Ho is the best keeper we've had since Nev.....

But Cahill is THE man - I agree with the first post in thread, when he's on the field there's a confidence and swagger about the rest of the team as well.

Well now that Piennar can play a ball we don't miss Arteta as much when he's not performing. But Arteta is vital, as vital as Cahill I would say.

His stats must prove that.
