The squad was bloated. Holgate, Davies, Lookman coming in has allowed us to shed a few more. We still have Besic DCL and Bolasie to return from injury too. Idrissa Gueye to return and Schneiderlin fully settled. It's a nice squad mixing quality and youth. Glad to finally get rid of most of those players that made you think 'I can't believe they're in a premier league squad let alone ours'

I fear we may not see Bolasie until this time next year.

Don't think we ever will again, tbh.

He'll just be a fringe player until we eventually get rid of him. Similar to what's happened with Oviedo.

Lukaku, Valencia (loanee), Lookman, DCL (inj) - loaned out McAleny

Also - Tarashaj (loaned out), Grant, Garbutt, Niasse (loaned out), Rodriguez, Dowell

Sold: Gibson, Oviedo, Kone

Side picks itself with presently 2 keepers, 6 defenders, 8 midfielders (Besic still out) and 3 forwards to pick from - that's 19 call it 20 with Besic back and maybe Garbutt if he's up for it. Otherwise it's more youngsters - RK has dumped 8 who aren't in his current plans or aren't ready in some cases. So I think that youngsters will fill any gaps.
