toughy but i would go :- howard , baines , heitinga , jags , coleman , rodwell , fellaini , drenthe , pienaar , donovan , jelavic

howard , baines , heitinga , jags , coleman , rodwell , fellaini , drenthe , pienaar , cahill , jelavic

I only took out donovan because he is leaving us soon.

Hibberts a better RB than Coleman at the moment, but Coleman carries more attacking threat, so depends who we're playing.

Drenthe can be a liability and alot of opposition chances are coming from his sloppy play. If he gets that out of his game, he could be very, very good

Straq was our best player last night and ahould start next game.

Jock's XI

Howard

Hibbert Duffy Heitinga Baines

Donovan Fellaini Rodwell Pienaar

Jelavic Stracqualursi

Moyles' XI

Howard

Neville Distin Jagielka Baines

Donovan Heitinga Fellaini Pienaar

Cahill

Jelavic

I havent seen jelavic play and big denis cant be left out hes been amazing the last 2 games up against quality defenders in hangalaand and kompany. He got both centre backs booked last night as well. Gibson looks like hes settling in well too and seems to compliment fellaini well. I'd like to see johnny at right back and rodwell at centre back with jags which is supposedly his best position. Be more positive and play 4-4-2

howard, baines, jags, rodwell, heitinga, donovan, gibson, fellaini, pienaar, big denis, jelavic

Gibson. Yes. The unglamouros pivot. Ticks over nicely.

We've got options fellas.

Lot's of options.

Too late for a title surge?

We've got a very different kind of problem when (if) everyone is fit.

Pick 2 CBs out of Jags, JH and Distin?

Pick a balanced midfield from the players available when fit?

1 or 2 strikers? Straq? Vic? Velios? Jelly?

Fuxake, it's gonna be a ball scratcher (but what a nice change!)

Howard
Hibbert Jagielka Heitinga Baines
Drenthe Fellaini Rodwell Pienaar
Jelavic Stracqualursi

or

Howard
Hibbert Jagielka Heitinga Baines
Drenthe Fellaini Osman Rodwell Pienaar
Jelavic

I wish Osman was alright already but hope he's back for when Lando goes.

I forgot about Gibson, but every team needs a player who will do the horrible stuff and that isnt a show pony, last night he was on the edge of the box tons of times waiting for people to tee him up, he's an option there.

First three names on the teamsheet for me, excluding the GK are.

Heitinga at CB
Felliani at CM
Baines at LB

Howard

Hibbert - Jagielka - Heitinga - Baines

Coleman - Fellaini - Rodwell - Pienaar

Jelavic - Straq

With Drenthe coming on as a sub, and Cahill on rotation with straq depending what game it is. Plus id rotate Jagielka and Duffy too. Thats assuming Donovan goes home in a few weeks btw

I'm with the timbo. Donovan behind Jelavic and Drenthe on the right with Coleman at right back. It's a gamble defensively but I'd certainly give it a go in games like Wigan on saturday.

erm id say
hibs - heit - distin -baines
donovan - felli - rodwell - gueye
straccy - jelavic

if we played that team every game we wouldnt lose one!!

Why anybody would drop Dennis is beyond me. Jelavic shouldn't be thrown in, he needs to prove his worth like the big man did last night. Unless Dennis is completely drained from last night, and i wouldn't be surprised if he was, id start with the same against Wigan.

This, only id drop Drenthe for Pienaar, and Neville with Duffy and play Hibbert at RB
