so i guess lambo had right of way and that the other vehicle should have given way and will be deemed at fault

should get it sorted on his insurance easily then.

looks like the steering wheel is on the left hand side here.

did he really go around the front to check on his car before going to check on the person he'd just hit? what a twit with a capital T

Are you insane? I would have checked my car and then dragged out the bellend who pulled out on me out of his car and waxed my lambo with the blood from his cold dead body.

There is fault on both sides here. Obv, the guy pulling out should have done a better job, but the Lambo was obviously going a tad too fast. I am sure if he was going the speed limit he would have been able to take avoiding action, and he would't have gone airborne when he hit the other car.

Seriously though, driving one of those in London is a waste of time...better of slow rolling a Phantom or Bentley Continental GT. If you're going to sit in that kid of traffic at least be comfortable.

That's the Lamborghini drivers fault, he was clearly driving way to fast as you can see from the impact and the way the car leaves the ground after the collision (you can also hear how high the revs). I know that area fairly well and it's not unusual to see these sort of cars speeding round like its a race track, I suppose the unusual thing is it was caught on camera.

The Mazda driver is at fault here. Emerging from a minor road onto a major, going over a give way line and turning right are three situations in which other drivers will have right of way over you; the Mazda is doing all three at once and so MUST be mindful that it doesn't have right of way.

Watching it back again, the Lambo's brake lights don't come on until AFTER impact, suggesting that either

a) neither driver nor passenger ever saw the Mazda; or
b) the Mazda pulled out directly in front of the Lambo.

The limited damage to both vehicles, and the final resting place of the Mazda, suggest that neither car was travelling that fast.... and the fact that it was all caught on film by someone who was initially focussing on the Mazda rather than the much more eye-catching Lambo makes me wonder if it was a deliberate "crash for cash" set up to target the Lambo driver.

The Mazda's insurance company will deny their driver was at fault simply because they won't want to foot the bill for an outrageously expensive car.

Just my two cents.
