Player Valuation: £40m
Arsenal- Wilshere, Rosicky, Walcott, Monreal and Vermaelen late fitness tests. Giroud and Oxlade-Camberlain out until the weekend. Ozil 11th Jan. Ramsey 18th Jan. Gibbs no return date.

Liverpool- Henderson and Gerrard 1st Jan. Sturridge 5th Jan. Enrique and Allen 18th Jan. Coates May. Sakho and Flanagan no return date.

Spurs- Defoe 1st Jan. Kaboul and Townsend 11th Jan. Vertonghen 19th Jan. Paulinho no return date.

United- Rooney 1st Jan. Jones, Nani and Van Persie 11th Jan. Rafael and Fellaini no return date.

Chelsea- Lampard, Ivanovic and Bertrand no return date.

City- Aguero and Richards 29th Jan. Jovetic and Demichelis no return date.

Without being too nasty, hopefully a couple of those will turn into persistent niggles. I think we cope better than most sides with injuries. Bar Lukaku there isn't really any position where someone couldn't come in and do a job for a few games.

Giroud, Ozil, Ramsey, Walcott, Gerrard, Sturridge, Townsend, Vertonghen, Rooney, Van Persie, Lampard, Ivanovic and Aguero are major players for our rivals to be missing and it could disrupt their form.

Gerrard has got the court case for assault hanging over him.

I was saying the other day that Saurez does get kicked quite a bit but he never goes off or misses games. They're struggling for bodies at the moment though and Brenda has said that their are no imminent arrivals due. Nevin also commented how tired Suarez looked against Chelsea. Hopefully he's gone off too quick and worn himself out!

The injuries are mounting up for some aren't they?

What about Newcastle and Southampton ? (looking downwards)

Newcastle- Only Ryan Taylor, who is out for the season. When they do get injuries it will halt their form though.

Southampton- Osvaldo 1st Jan. Wanyama and Do Prado 11th Jan. Boruc no return date.

Spurs currently have the worst injury list. Naughton, Lamela, Sigurdsson, Holtby, Paulinho, Kaboul and Vertonghen are set to miss the weekend. They're hoping to have Soldado, Defoe and Townsend back.

Arsenal are next and will be without Walcott, Giroud, Bendtner, Gibbs, Ramsey and Oxlade-Chamberlain this weekend.

Norwich have a few defensive concerns. Turner is definitely out. Bassong and Johnson should be back.

I think they kneecapped him after that Cruyff turn business at Arsenal.

Giroud should be back shouldn't he? I thought it was only minor and he was touch and go for their last league game

Impressive how strong a team we can field without Baines, Distin, Jagielka, Gibson, Deulofeu, Barkley and Kone isn't it?
