Never been great at tennis. Always becomes football tennis.

Useless at cricket, unless bowling full tosses at head height and playing constant weak cover drives is any good.

Hahahaaha I was at stand off or scrum/fly half so my main memory of that was trying to dig the ball out while getting a face full of the number 8's arse.

There was always one lid who was massively over grown and just nailed people all over the show, sounds like that was you then.

haha yeah ending up with your face firmly planted in someone's arse was the less appealing part of the game. We had this massively fat kid who was about 21 stone at age 15, but for his size he was unnaturally fast, he just destroyed people.

Play basketball. Have a go at cricket, tennis, badminton, table tennis sometimes. Not bad at those, but just cant 'get' squash :(

We had one of them, he wasn't fast but he was 20+ stone and got told if he didn't change his diet he'd be dead by 25. The [Poor language removed] used to eat a full ham shank thing on the walk from the bus stop to school at 8 in the morning AFTER his breakfast. Give the ball to him and it's game over. He was like one of them elephants in Lord of the Rings.

Play cricket, at a decent level (by that I mean would have been semi-professional if I played in England but there's no money in it in NZ) up until a year or two ago. Bit more social now, it's tough on the body trying to bowl as fast as you can.

Haha I think there must be one at every school, used to have one in our football team a few years ago as well, the bloke was about 18 stone, smoked a spliff at half time but still produced some magical moments and managed to run up and down the pitch all day long.

Do a bit of cycling. Got a race up here in a few weeks. Last one until hibernation.

Cycling - mountain bike mainly. Get out on local half-decent trails regularly (edge of the Peak district), but the more serious stuff is a drive so find it hard to make the time these days with family etc.
Do a bit of running - theres a parkrun near me that I do every so often (5K timed run at various parks up and down the country - think the Liverpool one is in Sefton park). That's not really doing it as a sport, though, it's more like I don't want to hit 50 and not be able to run for half an hour.

Started playing rugby at 15 years old and still play the odd game now, 20 years later. Tried american football at university and ended up playing for five years; also gave lacrosse a go too and I still play that now. Gonna have to give it all up eventually as the injuries take longer and longer to heal these days... One day I will restrict myself to tennis and skiing, but I'm not much good at either.
