...I imagine most clubs have representatives who talk to that station. I doubt it's unique to us.

Haven't really minded his footy chats post retirement. I am very suprised no championship club has taken a gamble on him though.

Makes you wonder doesn't it ? The guy makes a career at Everton and was still a part in our team the season we released him, yet the likes of Wigan, Bolton and any other local team in the leagues below haven't snapped him up.

...never mind, Matey. Never on in mine. Mrs Eggs 'tapes' them and watches when I'm not about. Kids have grown up and left and were never subject to shows like Emmerdale so I suppose I've been lucky.

..I think that's a bit unfair given Everton in The Community. Like everybody else, I loathe the publication you mentioned but I suppose the 'ownership' is difficult to boycott when it also includes Sky Sports (I think).

there is a slight difference, newscorp owns the sun and talksport.
sky sports is owned by sky plc
