with orange you can upgrade early, you can up your priceplan anytime, and they do bestplan so they should tell you. you have to register online i think though.
with bestplan you can drop your priceplan as well.

They will let you change your plan, but they will not give you a new phone and they will make you sign a new 12 month contract.

if youre on an 18 month then you can do it after 12 but have to take another 18 month out, thats what i got told anyway, i think i did mine early, was gonna change but you get the magic numbers and they gave me £195 as well as a c902
