Orange Card proposal

In all honestly, sack the idea of an Orange card. If they get the decisions right, there is nothing wrong with football at all.

1. If your off, your off, none of this within an active zone in an active phase crap. If your not affecting the play, get off the pitch.
2. Definition between Simulation and diving. Simulation, restrospective yellow. Diving (no contact) retrospective Red.
3. The Captain is already the only player thats supposed to speak to the ref outside of invitation.
4. The ball only leaves play due to injury if the ref says so. If he doesn't and the opposition put it out, dont give it them back.

If they simplify the rules, it will make it easier for the refs to get the deisions right. They have a mare of a job already without them having to worry about 14 separate factors as to whether a player gets lined up by a firing squad, or simply told to get up.

Not sure about the sin bin thing. I mean, playing 10v11 for a few minutes isn't as much of a benefit as it seems to the other team. Then you have to work out timing in terms of stoppage time, time wasting, extra officials keeping track...It's much too intricate.

Players getting booked for taking off their shirts in celebration should be stopped too
