Opportunity missed?

Tim Howard is in fantastic form, and to be fair it would cost an absolute mint to replace him for someone better. Think we were being linked with Westwood for 10 million.. and I don't rate him anywhere near Howard at present. Much rather have the money spent elsewhere.
Carlo Nash looked the ticket in preseason. I'm happy enough with him as our backup. He's not one to complain about not having a starting spot, which could possibly happen if we bought in a good second string.. Didn't Wessels complain once? And then he actually got a few games and was absolutely dire.

Can't argue with ur analysis of our "young" keepers tho.. don't know why we keep them for.

The few times I saw Hart play last year, he did well.

That said, Howard would be our number one and I don't see a player like Hart willing to kick his heels on the bench.
