Watching spurs v stevenage on ITV. Tit of a commentator just came out with this. I know most of our season has been dire but FFS. We really are the invisible team.
 

How can it be that we're so low profile when we have a theatrical impressario as chairman and 'one of the greatest marketing men' on both sides of the Atlantic as a director?

These people are busy marketing everything from shit west end shows to English sandwiches in the States but only use their contacts in relation to Everton when they're calling in favours to put down fan protests.
 
Sums up the lousy coverage off ITV. Beglin, Townsend and southgate! Even the commentators are third rate.
 

And now they're acting like Chelsea/rs and Spurs will automatically be in the semis and the other teams might as well not bother turning up.

He said the HIGHEST place top flight team definitely in the quarter finals are sunderland, who are 9th.
