it was funny back in the day but i would not call it a classic ! reason being the classics all finished after few years at the top, this should of been renamed Flogging Dead Horses ..i like David Jason he is a great actor i do hope they don't bring back open all hours as a series that episode that was aired recently was so dreadful i could not believe he actually did it they must of paid him mega bucks to shat on his CV like that

Great sitcom, so many to choose from, BBC 1 was showing them all again last year, and then just stopped.

Should have more of this stuff instead the dross that is on now.

The thing about Only Fools and Horses is that you can watch them over and over and they never get boring. David Jason was the perfect person to play Del, couldn't have picked a better actor for the role. They almost went with somebody else didn't they?

Yeah, Sullivan wanted Jim Broadbent originally but he couldn't do it because of other commitments and the BBC pushed for David Jason.

Probably the last programme I watched where I actually cared about the characters. Not bad for a comedy!
