in 1986 we lost out to you know who as we were runners up in the league and the FA cup final at Wembley. If you had a choice of winning one of them trophies that season, which one would you have settled for?

League for me as well Bally.
A cup win is ace, but winning the league means, without any doubt, you were top dog that season.

Yes but having lost the league first, losing the cup final was an even bigger disappointment as it handed them the double when we could easily have been the double winners ourselves.

The disappointment of losing that final still rankles to this day, so for those reasons I'd have settled for winning the Cup.
